Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced Service / Warranty Technician to join our team. This role handles residential plumbing service calls, warranty repairs, troubleshooting, punch‑list items, and ensures work meets our quality standards.

The ideal candidate has residential plumbing experience, can troubleshoot independently, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship on every job.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required.
• Service, warranty, or new-construction plumbing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and work in various indoor/outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service and warranty calls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Complete plumbing repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Address warranty-related issues in newly constructed homes.
• Complete punch‑list and inspection correction items.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify installation or workmanship concerns.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and other team members.
• Clearly explain plumbing issues and repairs when necessary.
• Document completed work, repairs, and materials used.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.
• Ensure work is completed according to Jenkins Plumbing Company quality standards.
• Assist with other plumbing service or field-related duties as needed.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments.
