Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking a dependable Service / Warranty Technician to handle residential service and warranty calls, diagnose issues, complete repairs, and address punch-list items while providing excellent customer service in customers’ homes and on job sites.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while representing Jenkins Plumbing Company professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service and warranty calls promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairs.
• Perform warranty repairs on residential plumbing systems and components.
• Complete punch-list items and address inspection deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot leaks, drainage, water pressure, and fixture problems.
• Repair or replace defective plumbing materials and equipment as needed.
• Review work orders, document work performed and materials used.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle in clean, safe condition.
• Follow safety procedures and plumbing codes; communicate with homeowners and team.
