Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Warranty Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing under warranty, ensuring homeowners, builders, and internal teams are well supported. You will inspect systems, complete repairs, document work, maintain tools and a company vehicle, and follow safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of residential plumbing experience.
• Warranty, service, or punch-list experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing warranty and service requests.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and determine the appropriate repair.
• Complete warranty repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and equipment for defects or installation issues.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, fittings, valves, piping, and other components as needed.
• Document completed work, materials used, and any follow-up needed.
• Maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Maintain accurate records of service and warranty work performed.
• Assist with punch-list items and other plumbing service needs as assigned.

Job Description:Warranty TechnicianPosition SummaryJenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Warranty Technician to handle plumbing warranty and service-related issues in residential construction.
