Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and service repairs on plumbing systems in residential homes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, drainage, water pressure, and fixture issues.
• Inspect, repair, and replace fixtures, pipes, valves and related components.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, and office staff about service needs.
• Ensure repairs comply with codes, safety regulations and standards.
• Document service calls, repairs performed, and materials used.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools; uphold safety policies.
• Assist with punch lists and final plumbing corrections as needed.
