Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a dependable Warranty Service Technician to diagnose and complete warranty repairs on newly constructed residential plumbing systems while delivering outstanding customer service to homeowners, builders, and project managers.

This full-time role requires strong troubleshooting, the ability to work independently, a valid driver's license, and willingness to perform physical work in crawl spaces and attics.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing license is a plus but not required (depending on state requirements).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in crawl spaces and attics.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones or tablets for work order documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty service calls on residential plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues covered under warranty.
• Troubleshoot leaks, fixture malfunctions, drainage issues, water heater concerns, and other plumbing-related problems.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and office staff.
• Accurately document completed work, materials used, and service findings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate findings to management.
• Represent Jenkins Plumbing in a professional manner at all times.
