Job summary

Jenkins Plumbing Company in Lugoff, SC is seeking a Service / Warranty Technician to respond to residential service and warranty calls, diagnose plumbing issues, and perform repairs on water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters.

You will communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and supervisors, document work accurately, maintain tools and vehicle, follow safety procedures and codes, and deliver excellent customer service while representing Jenkins Plumbing Company.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently on service calls.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Job Description: Service / Warranty Technician Jenkins Plumbing Company Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service and warranty calls.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including water lines, drains, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing systems.
• Complete punch-list items and inspection corrections as needed.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repairs.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and other team members.
• Document completed work and repairs accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle, and assigned inventory.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable plumbing codes.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Jenkins Plumbing Company professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous residential plumbing experience required.
• Service, warranty, or new-construction plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform plumbing repairs.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
