Job summary

United Radio Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to initiate repairs by coordinating master control orders (MCOs), receiving products, and contacting customers for clarification. You will assist with ERP-related tasks and support the team.

You will use reports to ensure efficient processing, enter warranty claims, manage inventory movements, and uphold company policies and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create incoming master control orders (MCO) and start the repair process.
• Receive incoming product and contact customers for clarification.
• Process manufacturer requests and assist the team with miscellaneous tasks.
• Contact customers for warranty and/or estimate information.
• Use reporting and historical data to research for proper processing.
• Enter warranty service claims into ERP system for payment from manufacturer.
• Request and create inventory movement.
• Assist technicians and other service coordinators with ERP questions.
• Promote and adhere to United Radio Core Values.
• Comply with United Radio's policies and quality systems.
• Performs related duties as requested.
