Job summary

United Radio is looking for a meticulous Service Coordinator to kick off repair workflows by creating incoming master control orders and coordinating with customers for clarification and warranty details. You will process manufacturer requests and support the team with ERP-driven tasks.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

The role of a service coordinator is to create incoming master control order (MCO) and start the repair process by receiving incoming product, contact customers for clarification, processing manufacturers requests, and assist the team with miscellaneous tasks.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contact customers for warranty and/or estimate information.
• Use reporting and historical data to research to ensure proper and efficient processing.
• Enter warranty service claims into ERP system to receive proper payment from manufacturer.
• Request and create inventory movement.
• Assist technicians and other service coordinators with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system questions and solutions. Including but not limited to training, testing and development.
• Promote and adhere to the United Radio Core Values
• Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
• Performs related duties as requested.
