Job summary

Quest International is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support OEM and strategic customer repair activity at our Irvine Service Repair Center. This role focuses on customer communication, repair and order documentation, shipping, portal updates, follow-up, and administrative accuracy.

The position requires 2+ years in customer service, repair depot, shipping or logistics, and experience with ERP/CRM systems, as well as proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in customer service, repair depot, shipping/order support, logistics, OEM support, or related experience.
• Experience with repair/service orders, return authorizations, shipping documentation, or order processing.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, customer portals, ticketing, or order-management systems.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support OEM and strategic customer repair and service orders.
• Follow up on repair quotes, customer inquiries, orders, and shipments.
• Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, air bills, tracking information, and service documentation.
• Update customer portals, ERP/CRM systems, databases, and repair records.
• Use FedEx Manager or comparable shipping platforms.
• Track repair, shipment, and customer follow-up deadlines.
• Perform administrative quality checks on repair and shipping documentation.
• Follow Quest International ISO procedures and documentation standards.
