United Radio Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to initiate repairs by coordinating master control orders (MCOs), receiving products, and contacting customers for clarification. You will assist with ERP-related tasks and support the team.

You will use reports to ensure efficient processing, enter warranty claims, manage inventory movements, and uphold company policies and values in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

The role of a service coordinator is to create incoming master control order (MCO) and start the repair process by receiving incoming product, contact customers for clarification, processing manufacturers requests, and assist the team with miscellaneous tasks.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contact customers for warranty and/or estimate information.
• Use reporting and historical data to research to ensure proper and efficient processing.
• Enter warranty service claims into ERP system to receive proper payment from manufacturer.
• Request and create inventory movement.
• Assist technicians and other service coordinators with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system questions and solutions. Including but not limited to training, testing and development.
• Promote and adhere to the United Radio Core Values
• Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
• Performs related duties as requested.

Education and/or experience:
