Job summary

United Radio in New York is seeking a Service Coordinator to initiate the master control order, receive incoming products, and start the repair process. You will contact customers for warranty information, research data, and enter warranty claims into ERP to secure manufacturer payment.

The role supports technicians and other coordinators with ERP questions, promotes core values, and ensures compliance with company policies.

Summary

The role of a service coordinator is to create incoming master control order (MCO) and start the repair process by receiving incoming product, contact customers for clarification, processing manufacturers requests, and assist the team with miscellaneous tasks.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Contact customers for warranty and/or estimate information.
• Use reporting and historical data to research to ensure proper and efficient processing.
• Enter warranty service claims into ERP system to receive proper payment from manufacturer.
• Request and create inventory movement.
• Assist technicians and other service coordinators with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system questions and solutions. Including but not limited to training, testing and development.
• Promote and adhere to the United Radio Core Values
• Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
• Performs related duties as requested.
