Job summary

ARBOC Specialty Vehicles is seeking a Warranty Claims Administrator to manage warranty processing, approvals, and payments from the Middlebury facility. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Accounting, and Management to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift items when needed. Experience in warranty within manufacturing is preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with warranty processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with multiple departments to resolve claims.
• Strong data entry and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims - approve/deny or present issues outside of norm, up to $500 without approval.
• Release warranty claims for payment and monitor dealer compliance.
• Place POs for Service & Warranty and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide semi-monthly reports of warranty claims by dealer and labor codes.
• Provide data for quarterly TREAD and NHTSA reporting.
• Assist with process and procedure manuals and supporting documentation.
