Job summary

ARBOC Specialty Vehicles, LLC in Middlebury, IN seeks a Warranty Claims Processor to handle claims processing, release payments, and monitor dealer compliance. You will prepare semi-monthly reports and support TREAD/NHTSA reporting, with focus on customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.

The role requires knowledge of bus/manufacturing processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a background combining education and warranty experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry is an asset.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment adds value.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
• Combination of education and experience with warranty in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims: approve/deny or escalate as needed.
• Release warranty claims for payment.
• Monitor warranty claims to ensure dealer compliance.
• Place all POs for Service & Warranty.
• Prepare semi-monthly reports of warranty activity by dealer and labor codes.
• Provide data for quarterly TREAD and NHTSA reporting.
• Assist with process and procedure manuals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Process warranty claims - approve/deny or present issues outside of norm, authorized up to $500 without approval
• Release warranty claims for payment
• Monitor warranty claims to assure dealer compliance
• Place any/all POs for Service & Warranty
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Help with Reporting, where needed
• Provide semi-monthly reports of warranty claims approved, breakdown of claim totals by dealer, and breakdown of claims by labor operation codes including top ten codes which is communicated with Sales, Engineering, Production, Accounting, and Management
• Provide data for quarterly TREAD reporting
• Provide data for quarterly NHTSA reporting
• Help with the Process & Procedure manuals
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Experience/Knowledge

• Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry would be considered an asset
• Experience in a manufacturing process a plus
• Experience with Microsoft office: Excel and Word

Having NetSuite experience would be a plus
