Quirk Auto Dealers is hiring a Warranty Administrator for our in-person role in Braintree, MA. The position supports our busy service department by handling warranty claims, managing documentation, and ensuring accuracy with factory requirements.

Preferred candidates are detail-oriented with basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software and warranty systems. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path to training and growth within the automotive service team.

• Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claims.
• Keeps current with factory recalls and announcements.
• Reconciles warranty receivables with accounting for payments.
• Maintains service and customer records as required by warrantor.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claims.
• Processes all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
• Keeps current with all factory recalls and announcements.
• Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmits all rejected claims promptly.
• Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments.
• Keeps track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed.
• Maintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
