ARBOC Specialty Vehicles in Middlebury, IN is seeking a Warranty Claims Administrator to process and release warranty claims, monitor dealer compliance, and manage related POs. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Production, Accounting and Management.

Experience with NetSuite is a plus; on-site position with competitive benefits including health care, retirement plan, life insurance, PTO, family leave, and disability coverage.

• Experience with warranty processes in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
• Knowledge of warranty practices in manufacturing environment beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Process warranty claims and approve/deny up to $500 without extra approval.
• Release warranty claims for payment.
• Monitor dealer compliance on warranty claims.
• Place all POs for Service and Warranty.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with reporting as needed.
• Provide semi-monthly reports on approved claims and dealer totals.
• Support quarterly TREAD reporting.
• Support quarterly NHTSA reporting.
• Help develop Process & Procedure manuals.
• Other tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Process warranty claims – approve/deny or present issues outside of norm, authorized up to $500 without approval
• Release warranty claims for payment
• Monitor warranty claims to assure dealer compliance
• Place any/all POs for Service & Warranty
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Help with Reporting, where needed
• Provide semi-monthly reports of warranty claims approved, breakdown of claim totals by dealer, and breakdown of claims by labor operation codes including top ten codes which is communicated with Sales, Engineering, Production, Accounting, and Management
• Provide data for quarterly TREAD reporting
• Provide data for quarterly NHTSA reporting
• Help with the Process & Procedure manuals
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Physical Activity/Requirements:

• This position could be very active but also alot of sitting behind a desk.

Must be able to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.

Experience/Knowledge:

• Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry would be considered an asset.
• Experience in a manufacturing process a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft office: Excel and Word
• A combination of education and experience with warranty in a manufacturing environment.

Having NetSuite experience would be a plus
