Job summary

ARBOC in Indiana is seeking a Warranty Claims Administrator to process warranty claims, release payments, and monitor dealer compliance. The role requires handling POs for Service & Warranty, generating semi-monthly and quarterly reports, and contributing to process manuals, with emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Experience with manufacturing warranties, strong Excel/Word skills, and NetSuite knowledge would be beneficial. On-site position located in Middlebury, IN with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bus manufacturing or transit industry would be asset.
• Experience in a manufacturing process is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
• A combination of education and experience with warranty in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims – approve/deny or present issues outside of norm, authorized up to $500 without approval.
• Release warranty claims for payment.
• Monitor warranty claims to assure dealer compliance.
• Place any/all POs for Service & Warranty.
• Provide semi-monthly reports of warranty claims approved, breakdown of claim totals by dealer, and breakdown of claims by labor operation codes including top ten codes communicated with Sales, Engineering, Production, Accounting and Management.
• Provide data for quarterly TREAD reporting.
• Provide data for quarterly NHTSA reporting.
• Help with the Process & Procedure manuals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks as assigned.
