Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year related experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with DRH Warranty applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm receipt of homeowner requests and schedule inspection appointments.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability and communicate decisions to homeowners.
• Process work orders and coordinate subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Ensure warranty work is completed within contractor obligations and follow up with homeowners.
