MITER Brands is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Milgard Windows & Doors in Simi Valley, CA. This onsite role supports builders, contractors, and homeowners, handling warranty inquiries, service coordination, and timely communication from first contact to resolution.

You will work with Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, and PGT Innovations brands, collaborating with Field Service, Sales, Leadership, and Engineering to schedule technicians and resolve issues while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

• Customer communication: communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically via phone and email.
• Problem solving: assess concerns, determine next steps, drive resolution.
• Organization & accuracy: attention to detail in requests, documentation, follow-ups.
• Time & priority management: handle multiple requests with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
