Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I in Temecula, CA. This onsite role handles warranty inquiries, coordinates service solutions, and ensures clear communication from first contact to resolution.

You will support builders, contractors, and homeowners while partnering with internal teams to drive high customer satisfaction. Training provided and weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or scheduling/dispatch preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, construction, or service industries is a plus.
• Experience in windows, millwork, or warranty processes is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve warranty inquiries and coordinate service solutions.
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians across assigned regions to meet service timelines.
• Communicate service timelines and set clear customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficient outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
