Job summary

MITER Brands, Milgard Windows & Doors, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Simi Valley, CA. Onsite role Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, hourly pay $24.00–$26.00 based on experience. You will resolve warranty inquiries and coordinate service while supporting builders, contractors, and homeowners.

The role emphasizes clear communication with internal teams, accurate documentation, and efficient scheduling to meet service timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/building materials or service industries is a plus.
• Experience with windows, millwork, warranty processes is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve warranty inquiries and coordinate service solutions.
