Job summary

Meritage Homes' Tucson division is seeking a Customer Care Associate to supervise warranty-service work, ensure codes and quality standards are met, and support the AVID-Customer Satisfaction process across several home sites.

You will coordinate inspections, manage warranty claims, and communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and city inspectors to deliver prompt, professional service.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; construction management coursework preferred.
• At least 1 year of construction experience with supervisory or project oversight.
• Advanced training in residential building trades is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of homebuilding, construction systems, building codes and ROC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warranty-service work of laborers and subcontractors at multiple home sites.
• Ensure codes and Meritage Home standards are met during warranty repairs; resolve quality issues.
• Participate in the AVID-Customer Satisfaction process in assigned communities.
• Assist with inspections and conduct walk-through inspections with homeowners.
• Manage customer expectations during construction via homeowner orientation.
• Interact daily with departments, subcontractors, homebuyers, homeowners, and city inspectors.
• Manage warranty claims in an organized, methodical manner.
