Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to manage warranty service requests, communicate with homeowners and vendors, and coordinate with construction, warranty, and sales teams. The role requires attention to detail and strong data management in ERP/CRM systems.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (construction background preferred) and experience with Microsoft Word/Excel, as well as familiarity with warranty processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction experience with supervisory or project oversight preferred.
• Knowledge of homebuilding, ROC, and reading blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Hyphen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warranty service requests and verify escrow dates.
• Receive and route calls from homeowners and vendors.
• Input data and generate service requests and work orders.
• Maintain records in PeopleSoft and Salesforce.
• Prepare reports on warranty metrics weekly.
• Assist with admin duties and homeowner walkthroughs as needed.
