Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a detail-focused professional to join our warranty claims team in Goshen, Indiana.

You will process dealer-submitted warranty claims, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and help with record retention and scanning tasks. The role requires strong computer skills, clear communication, and a commitment to outstanding customer service within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
