Job summary

Forest River, Inc. in Middlebury, IN is seeking a Warranty Representative to provide technical support to our dealer base and customer service to dealer and retail customers by phone and email.

You will assist with production support, troubleshoot issues, and develop troubleshooting documents while learning the full RV product line. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email).
• Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail base (via phone/email).

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
• Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
• Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
