Responsibilities

• Overseeing and Managing the Warranty Office Duties and team members
• Maintaining communication with homeowners, sub-contractors, staff as required
• Problem solving warranty issues presented through the team, homeowners and ticket system
• Performing all Warranty General office duties
• Serving as internal department quality control
• Responsible for maintaining oversight and execution of warranty procedures
• Responsible for generating reports and monitoring status on department metrics
• Other duties as assigned
