Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing the Warranty Office duties and team members.
Maintaining communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and staff as required.
Problem solving warranty issues raised by homeowners and ticket system.
Performing all Warranty general office duties.
Serving as internal department quality control.
Maintaining oversight and execution of warranty procedures.
Generating reports and monitoring department metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
