Job summary

• Comfortable communicating with external contacts, including dealership personnel.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Send clear, professional email communications to dealers regarding post-verification actions.
• Track dealer requests, post-verification items, due dates and status using tracking tools.
• Monitor responses and identify items needing additional information or follow-up.
• Follow up when responses are incomplete or overdue and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each request and activity.
• Prepare routine status updates on open requests and verifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move post-verification activities forward.
