Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Warranty & Technical Analyst based in Wixom, Michigan, with a hybrid work model. You will monitor warranty performance, analyze complex datasets, and drive corrective actions to reduce warranty rates across North American automotive lines.

The role requires strong automotive systems knowledge, data-driven communication, and collaboration with OEM, QA, and Technical Center teams. Travel to client meetings and testing sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive warranty data analysis or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and engine components.
• Ability to analyze data and implement operational fixes independently.
• Experience with failure analysis and testing methods.
• Ability to present data-driven findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warranty performance and trends across product lines.
• Analyze warranty datasets and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with OEM, QA, and Technical Center teams.
• Prepare warranty analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Lead investigations and validation of corrective actions.
• Travel for client meetings and field testing.
