Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ manufacturing experience, 3+ years in Quality/Warranty.
• Experience with warranty returns and field failure analysis.
• Hands-on teardown, inspection, and testing (injectors preferred).
• Familiar with Quality Core Tools and ISO 9001.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty returns and field performance issues.
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Log and track warranty claims end-to-end.
• Prepare reports to support internal and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, and Product Engineering.
• Support Layered Process Audits and 5S in Quality areas.
