Aufgaben

• Dispatch Service calls and manage 10-minute SLA window.
• Use mapping tools to locate service providers and schedule service.
• Interact with customers, manufacturers and providers via email and phone.
• Manage lifecycle of service from dispatch to close and communicate updates.
• Document issues for technicians, including parts identification.
• Assist dealers with service updates/questions via phone or email.
• Handle general email inquiries within a 2-hour SLA.
• Provide backup support across team areas as needed.
