Parts Town is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage warranty dispatch from start to finish, collaborating with Inside Service Technicians and manufacturers. The role emphasizes problem-solving, effective communication, and multitasking to deliver top-notch service.

You will dispatch 60-80 calls daily within SLA, guide providers using mapping tools, and maintain clear updates with customers and partners. A team-friendly, energetic environment is emphasized.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of online research.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch 60-80 service calls per day within a 10-minute SLA.
• Use mapping tools to locate service providers nearest to end user.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone.
• Manage service lifecycle from dispatch to close and update stakeholders.
• Document issues for technician handoff and troubleshoot notes.
• Assist with service updates and general inquiries; back up team as needed.
