Tri-State Bobcat in Little Canada, MN is seeking a Service Coordinator to support service operations, warranty administration, and dispatch. You’ll coordinate extended warranties, Machine IQ, and driver movements while partnering with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

This full-time role emphasizes organized, reliable multitasking and clear communication. You’ll schedule field service, manage documentation, and help keep schedules accurate as you grow with our 40+ year-old equipment

Qualifications

• Must be organized and dependable with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating service, warranty, dispatch, or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding service and warranty matters.
• Manage Machine IQ and equipment information to support Service and Sales teams.
• Provide backup support for Warranty Administrator.
