Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join the Service and Warranty team in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on-site.

You will process and adjudicate warranty claims and provide warranty support to the authorized dealer network via phone and email. Essential duties include analyzing warranty information, inputting service notifications, assisting dealers, and ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with warranty specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of office experience.
• Preferred: technical degree (2 or 4 years).
• Experience with SAP or ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warranty information and process warranty claims per guidelines.
• Input service notifications and maintain database integrity.
• Assist dealers with warranty service via phone or email.
• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and compliance to warranty specs.
• Monitor defective products and recall batches if required.
• Act as SAP Super User within the area as assigned.
• Facilitate warranty recovery for dealer and vendor network.
