Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to work on-site at the Waukesha, Wisconsin location as part of the Service and Warranty team. You will manage warranty claims, input service notifications, and support authorized dealers via phone and email.

This role requires basic mechanical/electrical knowledge and strong customer service skills. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and 2 years of office experience; a technical degree and SAP/ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of office experience preferred.
• Technical degree (2-4 year) preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and adjudicate warranty claims per warranty guidelines.
• Input service notifications and maintain database integrity.
• Assist dealers via phone center or email with warranty service and registrations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with warranty specifications.
• Monitor defective products and recall specific batches when required.
• Act as SAP Super User within the warranty function.
• Facilitate warranty recovery for dealer and vendor networks.
