Zusammenfassung

Stancil Services seeks a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to serve as the communication hub between homeowners, builders, and the internal production team. You will manage warranty requests, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate documentation to uphold our standards of professionalism and care.

You will respond promptly to inquiries, track all warranty interactions, and ensure service commitments are met with empathy and clarity.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Review builder warranty portals and email requests to create work orders based on provided repair lists.
• Manage scheduling and ensure the timely completion of warranty and service requests.
• Communicate with the Warranty Manager on scheduling, workflow, and any necessary changes.
• Confirm job readiness and schedule appointments directly with homeowners.
• Maintain strong builder relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and documenting all actions taken.
• Record and track all builder communications and warranty documentation to ensure accountability and organization.
• Communicate frequently with homeowners, managers, and field employees regarding project and service status.
• Manage the Warranty/Service schedule to ensure commitments are met and priorities are aligned.
• Handle homeowner interactions professionally, resolving concerns with empathy and composure.
• Other related duties as assigned.
