Southern Impression Homes is seeking a Warranty Service Coordinator to manage warranty requests for new construction homes from initial notification to completion. You will coordinate inspections, schedule repairs, and ensure timely, professional service with homeowners, residents, and vendors.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards. Weekend or after-hours may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Knowledge of residential construction or home maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge, and document warranty requests from homeowners and managers.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and follow-up appointments with trades and vendors.
• Create and manage warranty work orders through completion.
• Maintain accurate warranty records and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Escalate issues as needed and support the Customer Service Manager.
