Job summary

DRB Homes is seeking a Warranty Manager to research and respond to customer service inquiries from new home customers. The role involves coordinating warranty work orders, liaising with homeowners and subcontractors, and ensuring timely service in accordance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential construction as a Warranty Manager, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner warranty work orders.
• Investigate and determine need for service; act as liaison between homeowners and subcontractors to schedule service and follow-up.
• Determine if the company compensates service requests based on established company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report to the Director of Production any potential home construction defects.
• Approve service invoices and monitor service repair budgets.
