ProHome in Wichita, KS is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator to deliver an excellent customer experience and support service partners across warranty workflows. This full-time role emphasizes organization, responsiveness, and professional communication with homeowners, builders, developers, and subcontractors.

The CRC will manage warranty claims from intake to closure, coordinating across teams, and maintaining strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in warranty administration, property management, service coordination, or related fields.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
