Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warranty administration, property management, service coordination, customer account management, or related fields in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned homeowners, builders, developers, and subcontractors.
• Deliver a responsive, professional, and customer-focused experience.
• Handle customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage warranty claims from intake through closure.
• Facilitate communication between homeowners, builders, and trade partners.
