Job summary

RideNow Chandler in Chandler, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage and process warranty claims, ensuring accurate submission and clear communication with dealership staff.

You will review repair orders in DMS, submit claims, follow up with OEM, and maintain organized records in compliance with manufacturer policies. Hybrid schedule is possible; weekends may be required during month-end.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders in DMS to gather required information.
• Enter and submit warranty claims through brand online systems.
• Follow up with OEM for submitted claims and provide documentation when required.
• Coordinate with Service Department to clarify repair details and obtain essential information.
• Notify staff of required warranty parts returns and track completion.
• Monitor claims through the crediting process and verify payments.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
