Job summary

Power Systems West Llc in Boise, Idaho seeks a Warranty Administrator to manage claims and support our dealers and service teams. You will track work, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with vendors to meet contract guidelines.

You will review contracts, monitor progress, and help improve warranty processes while maintaining customer relations across branches. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Office, administrative, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent customer and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, submit, and track warranty claims.
• Monitor warranty claim activity and provide accurate reporting across branches.
• Manage warranty accounts receivable and invoicing to ensure timely processing.
• Review warranty claims and required documentation for BCEW/vendor guidelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service to ensure proper parts documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve dealer/internal questions.
• Coordinate extended warranty coverage requests and track through invoicing.
• Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and efficiency.
• Assist dealers with warranty questions, processes, and system access.
• Support warranty program needs and dealer website access.
