Job summary

Aegis Powersports is seeking a full-time Claims Associate to join its team. The role supports claims operations from intake to coverage determination and maintains clear communications with dealers, servicers, and customers.

Requires 2+ years in powersports claims or warranty administration, strong auditing and documentation skills, and the ability to manage workflows with limited supervision. This position offers remote work within the US and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in multi-line powersports service advisor or warranty admin.
• Experience auditing parts and labor.
• Knowledge of powersports repair diagnostics and maintenance.
• Strong documentation skills; experience with claims or contract management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage claim workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and adjudicate claims per contract terms and guidelines.
• Audit parts and labor submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Document claim files with clear notes.
• Prioritize and manage claim workloads for timely resolution.
• Communicate determinations to dealers, servicers, and customers.
• Coordinate servicer setup and W9 collection/validation.
• Apply technical powersports knowledge to assess repair scope and validity.
• Identify discrepancies in repair orders, parts usage, and labor times.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure policy consistency.
• Suggest improvements to procedures and systems.
