Job summary

Lift Power is seeking a detail-oriented Billing/Warranty Clerk to provide professional warranty support and timely processing of claims. You will manage warranty claims, billing for service and maintenance, and maintain accurate Full Maintenance equipment records while coordinating with the Senior Billing Coordinator.

You will document and track resolutions, prepare warranty parts for return, and assist with month-end tasks, invoices, and reports in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims
• Document, track, and review warranty claim resolutions
• Identify, organize and prepare warranty parts for return to manufacturer
• Assist Senior Billing Coordinator with various tasks
• Process billing for Service and Full Maintenance
• Maintain Full Maintenance Truck files for accuracy and efficiencies
• Assist with Fleetstats Billing and Uploading
• Track, review and follow up on WIP for Warranty
• Assist with InfoLink Billing
• Create and process purchase orders
• Assist with Month-End Tasks and Reports.
• Review accounts-receivable ledger on a continuous basis to assure prompt payment of claims.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding warranty requirements of each manufacturer. Report any changes to management in a timely manner.
• Additional duties as needed at the discretion of the manager.
