Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warranty administration role or similar.
• Experience with warranty management software and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with service departments, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and related docs.
