Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Warranty Resolution Specialist for the Houston, TX area to manage high-priority warranty and claims escalations with urgency, sound judgment, and a customer-first approach.

You will partner with customer service, technical support, field service, sales, product, finance, parts, and warranty teams to reach timely, accurate resolutions, maintain audit-ready notes, and support continuous improvement in claim handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in warranty claims, customer escalations, dispute resolution, service operations, or related support function required.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills for handling highly escalated customer interactions.
• Ability to interpret policy, documentation, service history, and customer impact to support sound decisions.
• Experience with CRM, warranty, claims management, reporting, or business systems; Salesforce and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated warranty and claims issues from review through resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex claims, customer disputes, service partner concerns, and internal escalation requests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reach timely resolutions.
• Communicate claim status, decisions, timelines, and documentation needs clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Apply warranty guidelines and escalation procedures consistently.
• Identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate claim notes and supporting documentation for audits.
• Support training, reporting, and warranty-related duties as assigned.
