Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support field warranty operations in Houston, TX. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, project managers, vendors, and internal teams, guiding customers through the warranty process and providing timely information.

The role requires strong administrative tracking, problem solving under tight deadlines, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Requires at least 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the building industry.
Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with dissatisfied or frustrated customers to de-escalate and resolve issues.
Respond by phone or email to handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction for internal and external customers.
Assist homeowners and construction personnel in resolving warranty service issues.
Review and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with Construction.
Provide prompt responses and timely status updates to homeowners, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
Serve as the liaison between the homeowner and construction on the administrative side of the warranty process.
Purchase order and invoice reconciliation for payment.
Maintain product knowledge by staying up to date with our products, services, and systems.
