Job summary

Pentair plc in Houston, TX is seeking a Warranty Resolution Specialist to manage high-priority pool warranty claims with urgency and a customer-first mindset. You will own escalated issues from review to resolution, collaborate with service, sales, product and warranty teams, and ensure documentation and policy compliance to drive timely outcomes and audit-ready records.

The role supports training and continuous improvement, with a 1st shift 7:00am–4:00pm CST and hourly pay of $23.00–$25.00,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in warranty claims or related support functions.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with CRM, warranty or claims management systems; Salesforce and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated warranty and claims issues from review through resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for complex claims and service partner concerns.
• Collaborate with customer service, technical support, field service, and other teams to drive resolutions.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness and leadership visibility.
• Support training, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
