• De-escalation: Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills for highly escalated interactions.
• Problem-Solving: Interpret policy, documentation, and history to support decisions.
• Systems: Experience with CRM, warranty/claims management, reporting; Salesforce and Power BI preferred.

• Own escalated warranty and claims issues from review to resolution.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex claims, disputes, and escalation requests.
• Collaborate with customer service, technical support, field service, sales, product, and warranty teams.
• Communicate claim status, decisions, timelines, and needs clearly to all stakeholders.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce claim cycle time and improve accuracy.
• Support training, reporting, and knowledge sharing as needed.
