Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of claim authorization requests promptly.
• Analyze claims for eligibility by evaluating diagnosis, product details, tenure, and terms.
• Interpret contract language to determine coverage eligibility.
• Process cash settlements and contractor dispatch requests; communicate with homeowners.
• Support other departments with claim reviews and closure decisions.
• Provide escalation support and guidance to contact center teams.
• Execute timely follow ups to drive claims to completion.
• Identify opportunities to curate add-on plans to maximize customer benefits.
