Job summary

Extend is seeking a Claims Adjudication Specialist to join its Operations team in the United States. You will evaluate and service claims related to Product and Shipping Protection plans, working with merchant partners and customer support to ensure accurate decisions.

The role requires analytical thinking, policy interpretation, and strong communication across calls and emails. You will investigate complex submissions, manage escalations, and help improve processes in a fast-growing company

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical customer service or claims adjudication.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex claim details.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with claims management systems and contact center platforms.
• Proficient using Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point from partners and teams.
• Investigate and resolve complex claim situations.
• Troubleshoot delays in processing.
• Coordinate service technician dispatching.
• Provide timely responses via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Keep documentation up to date.
• Identify training needs for front-line teams.
• Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and workflows.
